CITY PENTHOUSE
A city penthouse designed within the concept of French Minimalism, a meeting of French wine culture and understated refinement. Here, luxury is not found in excess, but in the layering of details and the care with which everything has been crafted. The home unfolds around a dark oak core that houses the staircase and elevator. Surrounding it, a natural flow emerges, intuitively connecting the spaces. Sightlines evoke curiosity, while sliding doors allow for effortless shifts between open and closed. Materials are carefully selected and contrasted: rough alongside smooth, matte next to glossy, vertical beside horizontal. Upon entry, a custom wine cabinet marks the bourgondic heart of the home, with detailing that subtly continues throughout the interior. Art is an integral part of the design. The patio and rooftop terrace are also part of the whole, offering air, light and views of the city that further open up the interior. This is not a home that reveals itself in one glance or visit. It unfolds gradually, in layers, just as it was intended. Scope of work: Interior architecture, Interior Design, fitted bespoke furniture, loose furniture, art selection and styling.
